Terms of Service

Provider: Jānis Vilciņš, brand “Vilciņa Intelekts / Vilcins Intellect” (vilcinsintellect.com). Contact: info@vilcinsintellect.com.
Payments: purchases are processed by Whop (merchant of record — handles payments and tax). Whop’s own terms also apply.

• “MI pamati uzņēmējiem” (AI Essentials for Business Owners) is a monthly subscription at €79 per month, VAT included. It includes access to the course (video lessons; some lessons have a PDF instruction attached), a Discord community, a closed Telegram group and a chat inside the course environment.
• Payment renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no minimum term; cancel anytime in your Whop account — access lasts until the end of the period already paid for.
• The course is built and expanded gradually. New lessons become available to subscribers immediately and at no extra cost. No specific number of lessons or release dates are guaranteed.
• The course is currently taught in Latvian. An English edition is not available yet; this page exists for the English-language audience while that edition is in preparation.
• Access is personal. Sharing your account, the content or the group invite links is not permitted, and neither is resale. All content is copyrighted; templates may be used in your own client work but not resold as templates. When the subscription ends, access to the course, Discord and chat is removed.
• Honest educational product — no income guarantees. Figures shown (e.g. €450 and €610 deals) are the author’s real, documented experience — not a promise of your results. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
• Course materials are produced with AI tools — real experience, AI production.
• Community rules for Discord and Telegram: no spam, no unsolicited advertising, no abuse, and no passing group invite links to people outside the subscription. Violations may result in loss of group access without refund (course access remains until the end of the paid period).

Price, cancellation and withdrawal

Price and billing

• The subscription fee is €79 per month, including applicable taxes. There are no other mandatory charges.
• Payment is taken automatically once a month until you cancel. There is no minimum term.

Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time in your Whop account, without giving a reason and without contacting us.
• After cancelling, no further payment is taken, and access to the course, Discord, Telegram and chat remains until the end of the period already paid for.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

• For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends at the moment delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. Basis: EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); in Latvia, Cabinet Regulation No. 255 on distance contracts.
• When you subscribe, access to the course, Discord and chat opens immediately. You confirm this consent at the Whop checkout step.
• No voluntary money-back guarantee is offered. Instead there is cancellation at any time: pay for one month and, if it isn’t for you, don’t continue.

If the service does not match the description

• You keep your statutory rights (EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and services): if the content or access does not match what was promised, or is unavailable through our fault, you may request that the non-conformity be remedied, a price reduction, or — for a significant non-conformity — termination of the contract with a refund.
• In that case, write to info@vilcinsintellect.com first.

Payment processing

• Payments are processed by Whop as merchant of record — Whop is the party to the payment and tax transaction. Whop’s own terms and refund handling also apply. Any refund due is returned to the original payment method via Whop, usually within 5–10 business days.

Complaints

• Write to us first: info@vilcinsintellect.com. We reply within 5 business days.
• If we cannot agree, consumers may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, ptac.gov.lv).
